We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please promptly contact us at info@wildflowerseedbombs.ca with details of the product and the damage and we'll be sure to find a solution.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Understandably, any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
